The Kansas FAIR Plan is an insurance industry funded association established for the
purpose of making basic property and casualty insurance available to responsible applicants who have
been refused coverage by three voluntary market companies.
Dwelling and Commercial policies are issued on an annual basis by our Servicing Insurer, Columbia National Insurance Company.
