COMMERCIAL RATING

Commercial premiums are calculated using rates from the ISO Loss Cost Commercial Lines Manual and FAIR Plan modification factors.

FAIR Plan offers 80% coinsurance or nil coinsurance rates. If the insured value does not satisfy coinsurance requirements, at least 80% of actual cash value, coverage will be provided at nil coinsurance
